Language immersion experts

At Influent, we design and organise tailor-made, effective and enriching language immersion programmes and experiences for children and adults of all ages and levels worldwide (20 languages in nearly 30 countries). As our priority is providing quality service at every stage of your immersion, our programmes meet very strict criteria in all areas to enable you to achieve your language objectives while living a unique experience of communication, personal fulfilment and cultural discovery.
Individual stays in a teacher’s home

Children or adults wishing to learn or progress in a language stay with one of our hosts in the selected country, on a full-board basis, and benefit from a stay entirely adapted to their needs. As you are the only student, you are totally immersed in the target language and practise it by sharing the host's daily life. Tuition (from 10 to 30 hours per week) and/or activities are personalised, and lessons are taught by a qualified host-teacher, who tailors them to your level and objectives.
Children, teenagers and young adults

Our hosts are experienced in welcoming young people from all over the world, and are carefully selected based on their profile, qualifications and interests. Each host's accommodation meets the highest standards of quality, safety and hygiene, ensuring a secure and friendly environment for students. Our regional managers ensure that each stay runs smoothly, and are always available when needed, whether for unforeseen circumstances, emergencies, or simply to lend a listening ear to young students who may be on their first trip away from home.
Students can personalise their programme with leisure options, allowing them to learn while having fun, which is the most effective way for a young person to make progress. We also offer options such as exam or academic preparation, provided by highly qualified teachers specialised in the chosen field. Our "Lifestyle" programme is designed for those who want to learn through activities only, without tuition.
Adults and professionals

Learning a language for professional purposes with a host teacher is the best way for adults to make rapid progress in their chosen field. Our hosts specialise in different areas, such as business, marketing, tourism and science, among others, offering courses incorporating the vocabulary and jargon specific to the field concerned. Adult students can also combine their homestay programme with general activities, cultural visits, sports or excursions to discover another culture and learn not only through theory but also by practice. A superior accommodation option is available.
